Selection & drying process



For the preservation of our Herbal Tea, we dry all our herbs, spices, and roots. This process results in only 10-30% of their raw weight being actually used. We dry each botanical with caution and care through varying methods such as air-ventilated air drying, sun drying, or in an oven. Some herbs are vulnerable to the sun, or dry too quickly, or might spoil before they dry. We take all these factors into consideration to ensure our Herbal Tea contains only the best quality botanicals.
