Once the botanicals are selected and dried from our forest garden, they are brought into Siem Reap at our workshop to be distilled.
The production process consists of several infusions and five distillation steps. All year long, we regularly produce small batches of our gin amounting to a few thousand bottles annually.
Production in small batches allows us to closely inspect and ensure that each bottle of gin brings the spirit to maturity.
Our distilation pot is made for a strict control of the temperature.
